  • 3. Adherence to Rules and Regulations: Non-teaching staff must strictly adhere to the laws, rules, and regulations set by the college and contribute to maintaining the college’s discipline and order.
  • 4. Respect for Hierarchy: Respect and maintain the organizational hierarchy in the administration. Non-teaching staff should report to their superiors and follow the chain of command for smooth functioning.
  • 5. Honesty and Integrity: Non-teaching staff must maintain honesty, integrity, and fairness in all activities, ensuring transparency in their conduct.
  • 6. Self-discipline and Positive Interactions: Non-teaching staff should exercise self-discipline and restraint at all times. They are expected to interact positively and respectfully with staff, students, and the general public, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
  • 7. Confidentiality and Professionalism: Non-teaching staff must not divulge official secrets or confidential information. They must not mutilate, expunge, conceal, alter, or forge official documents/receipts, ensuring that all records are handled with utmost integrity.

  • 10. Use of Social Media: Non-teaching staff should avoid using social networking sites such as Facebook, WhatsApp, etc., during working hours, to ensure that their attention remains focused on their professional responsibilities.
